This December, a group of employees from TOMS HQ in Santa Monica, the TOMS Korea office, and volunteers took off on an adventure to Argentina to hand place new shoes on kids feet. After your first year as a TOMS employee, the company sends you on a Shoe Drop to experience the giving side of the business first-hand, and as the numerous employees who have now given shoes to children would agree, its an empowering, exciting, fulfilling, and powerful experience.

We got a text from one of our colleagues while she was on the Shoe Drop, "Having an amazing experience giving shoes! Christmas has come early!"
