Official Rules NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES 1. Eligibility. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND WHERE PROHIBITED. Offer limited to U.S. residents who are 18 years or older. Entrants are not required to: (a) purchase goods or services, (b) pay any money, or (c) submit to a sales promotion, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Entries must be completely filled out to be valid. Limit one (1) entry per household. Entry opens at 12:00:00 am, Central Standard Time (CST) on July 1, 2008, and ends 11:59:59 pm., Central Standard Time (CST) on June 30, 2009. TOMS is not responsible for entries that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly. 3. Odds. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. 4. Prize and Drawing. Two (2) winners will be chosen from among all entrants by a random drawing in Chicago, Illinois on or about July 7, 2009. The winner will receive one (1) trip to a Shoe Drop with TOMS in Argentina between July 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009 (ARV $3,000). (Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination). [Trip includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation from the closest major airport to the winner’s home address (determined by TOMS in its sole discretion); lodging in multiple locations throughout the winner’s stay. Winner must be available to travel on dates designated by TOMS or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If winner cannot travel for any reason whatsoever after all travel arrangements are made, winner will forfeit prize and TOMS may, at its sole discretion, award the prize to an alternate winner.
